The M-team was founded by professors Sofie Piepers and Sarne De Vliegher. A name was given to the people who within the Department of Reproduction, Obstetrics and Herd Health of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine were and are still engaged in (practice-oriented) scientific research and scientifically based advice on udder health and milk quality. The team consists of several veterinarians and one lab technician.
